The best way to have your paper done is to write while you’re working

Jupyter notebook is really an amazing way for implementing approaches and recording research notes/ideas simultaneously. With the nice integration, the notebook can be converted to Tex file as a draft for your final paper; you can also export as a PDF as a simple working report. I love this functionality so much, however, its default output format is, even as an non-aesthetic person, so ugly from almost any perspective.

Fortunately, I found some talent guys with their sharing, and the follows would be my top recommendation:
